Terms & Conditions - Please read the following:

These are the Terms and Conditions of stay at Ardnave Holiday Park whether static holiday home or rented. By staying at Ardnave Holiday park you indicate your acceptance of these conditions and agree to be bound by them.

q       Our fully inclusive prices include a caravan hire fee, VAT and all gas and electricity. (We do not ask for a deposit to offset any damage to caravans.)

q       A caravan is booked when we receive your completed and signed booking form and booking deposit and sent you an acknowledgment of booking. The balance of the account is to be paid on arrival. The booking deposit is non-returnable.

q       If you cancel your booking, we reserve the right to recover any loss suffered by us as a consequence of the cancellation. If we are unable to let the caravan, our loss will be the entire hire charge. If we can re-let the caravan for all or part of the booked period, then our loss will be mitigated by the charges paid on such re-letting, but you will be liable for an administrative charge on re-letting of 10% of the hire charge applicable to your booking.

q       Caravans must be vacated by 10am on the Saturday in a CLEAN condition; we reserve the right to charge up to £30 should a caravan be vacated dirty or late.

q       Keys must be collected on arrival and very late arrivals are requested to let us know so that we may ensure that there is someone to meet them at the office.

q       All vehicles must be parked in car parks at owner’s risk.

q       Dogs are permitted providing they are well trained and kept under close control at all times. Should any complaints be received, such permission will be withdrawn. Dogs must not be left unattended in caravans. If you intend to bring your dog please notify us at the time of booking.

q       We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to hirer’s property, baggage, and cars etc., however caused.

q       We regret that we do not let caravans to persons under 18 years of age.

q       Nothing in these conditions affect your statutory rights.
